• Lifetime access upon one-time payment

3. User Accounts

To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment & Access

MyBioFriend offers a one-time payment for lifetime access. By making a payment:

• You gain permanent access to all premium features for your account
• Access is non-transferable and tied to your account
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent biodatas
• Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Share your account access with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, code, design, and branding of MyBioFriend are the intellectual property of FourSeven Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

The biodata content you create belongs to you. You retain full ownership of the personal information and biodatas you generate.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or disruption caused by technical issues beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FourSeven Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Lifetime access users will be given reasonable notice before any service discontinuation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
