MyBioFriend offers a one-time lifetime payment for a digital service. Due to the instant nature of digital access, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been activated. However, we are committed to resolving genuine issues on a case-by-case basis.

1. Digital Goods Policy

MyBioFriend is a digital service. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to all premium features including templates, PDF download, and photo upload.

Because digital access is granted instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final. This is standard practice for digital goods and services.

If you believe an unauthorized payment was made, please contact us immediately before raising a dispute with your bank. We will work to resolve genuine cases promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
